It's never too late to start! In this course, you will learn the basic fundamentals of traditional Irish step dancing and ceili/group dancing, as well as experience an approach to overall health and fitness that only Irish dancing can provide. Attend as often as you can, get in touch with your roots, socialize with some great people, and have so much fun that you won't even know you're getting a workout!
Our Intro Adult program is taught by internationally certified Irish dance instructors with years of professional dancing and teaching experience. You will also have the privilege of learning from individuals who have toured professionally with Riverdance, and who have attained the title of World Irish Dance Champion. *Adult Irish dance classes are currently only available at our Heights location. |

Advanced Adult Classes
For adult Irish dancers who are more experienced and interested in competitive opportunities, we offer a tuition based Advanced Adult Class, which meets weekly the hour before the Intro Adult Class. Contact us for more information on eligibility.
