At the Cass-Barrington Academy of Irish Dance we believe that every student deserves an equal opportunity to learn and discover the positive life-changing lessons and experiences that Irish step dancing has to offer. Over the years, we have produced many champion level dancers, with some having gone on to perform professionally in international touring shows. With over three decades of combined teaching experience, we know we have what it takes to enable all of our dancers to be the best they can be.
Our students are supported and taught how to set and achieve their personal goals, to be supportive of others and a team player, demonstrate self-discipline, and learn that both hard work and fun can go hand-in-hand. As our students master their challenging technique and exciting choreography, and begin to move-up through the levels of Irish dance, they will accomplish even more aspirations as they build a sense of self-confidence that will carry through in all aspects of their lives.

At CBA, we are a family that pushes each other to be the best that we can be and are there for support and encouragement when needed most. As a family, we do what’s best for our team by building ourselves up and helping each other realize our individual and collective goals. INTEGRITY - Being honest with your peers, your superiors, and yourself are paramount in succeeding in dance. We expect all our students to be diligent in doing their part whether it be practicing on their own, working with their team, or adequately preparing themselves for the tasks ahead. RESPECT - Politeness, acting cordially, and showing respect is expected from all our dancers, parents, and teachers between each other and other dance schools. We strongly discourage bullying or taunting of any kind, and have zero tolerance for such behavior.
